 Do you host year round?

Our peak season is May through October, however we do host some additional weddings, events and parties in the off-peak months for small groups.

Can we tour the property?

Yes, of course. Please contact us to arrange a time where a member of our Events Team will walk you around the property and answer any questions.

What are the maximum number of guests?

Maximum seated outdoors is 400 (tent, bathrooms and catering kitchen required)

Cocktail reception indoors including wrap around porch 50-200

Seated dinner indoors 20-40

Do you have a list of recommended vendors?

Yes, when you book your event at Linden Farms we will provide you with a comprehensive list-including caterers, local lodging options, wedding planners, florists, rentals, photographers, bands, DJ’s, hair & make-up, lighting, insurance, wedding cakes etc.

Are there any catering prep rooms?

Yes, there is a small kitchen available for caterer prep with a separate back entrance away from guests. For large events, you will need to supplement with an outdoor catering kitchen.

Can our caterer use your farm produce for our event?

Yes, absolutely. We can work with you and your caterer as you design your menu. At our family farm a huge array of vegetables are grown as well as apples, pears and peaches.

Do you have changing rooms?

On the second floor of the Victorian we have two dressing rooms, set up with chairs, dressing tables, floor standing mirrors and much of what you would need to get ready for your event. They make lovely backdrops for “getting ready” photos.

Do you host more than one event or reception at a time?

No, absolutely not. In fact you have total access to the property for 48 hours
